Return & Refund Policy
We are happy to assist.
We accept returns for items purchased online for store credit or refund within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be in pristine and unused condition, complete with the original packaging and all tags intact. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) returned are not in original condition.
Please contact us using our contact form for a return authorization and instructions. The day you receive your parcel counts as the first day and we must receive the parcel back within 10 days of this. Please include your order number and full name. We will provide details to assist you with your return.
Please note that the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from local and international returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We advise you to send back the item via secure/insured, trackable delivery as we do not take responsibility for missing or damaged items.
We will email you when your item has been received. If you return an item without notification we will simply hold onto it and await your contact.
Please note that items purchased marked sale, sample sale, or last piece sale are non-returnable. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
REFUNDS
Refunds usually only take a few days to process. You will be fully refunded via your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
INTERNATIONAL
To facilitate international returns, kindly ensure that the items are labeled as "United States Return Goods" and assign a domestic value of $0.00. Regrettably, any returns with customs charges imposed cannot be accepted. As a small brand, international shipping costs are prohibitively high.
