Galene Statement Necklace with Chrysocolla

Meticulously handcrafted in our Houston design studio, this necklace features striking large polished chrysocolla gemstones. Adorned with a beautifully crafted Christina Leonard bronze ammonite toggle clasp, it is elegantly hand-knotted on silk. The necklace measures 18 inches in length.

Chrysocolla is one of the gentlest stones. Unlike high-energy stones such as quartz, rutilated quartz, or smoky quartz—and unlike malachite, azurite, or lapis—it does not bring buried emotions to the surface. Instead, its nature is to soothe, calm, and inspire. Its deep blue-green color alone is calming, reminiscent of a distant mountaintop or the stillness at the bottom of the sea.

For thousands of years, chrysocolla has been known as a stone of calming reconciliation and reassurance.
